Job Description

  • Assist the Project Managers in tracking the tasks, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and costs of the projects
  • Assist in project documentation, providing administrative support as needed
  • Keep all relevant project information up-to-date in the PM systems/Sharepoint and File and maintain project control documents
  • Act as key point of contact Manage all relevant PMO content to support the delivery teams
  • Monitor the requirements and progress of various implementation projects
  • Create and distribute project status reports
  • Responsible for project timeline, resource management
  • Monitor and report on the progress of project milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare financial forecasts
  • Responsible for identifying needs and allocating the appropriate resources in order to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years project support or project assistant experience in multinational environment
  • Attention to details and preciseness
  • Self-starter, initiative, dares to ask
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize when needed
  • Understanding complexity and see the big picture behind the tasks
  • Solution oriented, result-driven personality
  • Able to work autonomously but also cooperative in teamwork
  • Flexible, comfortable and adaptive to changes in project lifecycle
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced level MS Excel and/or MS Project skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced level of English and Hungarian
