Job Description
INNERGY is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will support and enhance the systems, tools, and operational processes that keep our globally distributed workforce connected, productive, and secure.
You will serve as a key partner across departments, helping troubleshoot technical issues, improve workflows, manage systems access and device provisioning, and contribute to infrastructure and operational improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem solving, communication, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems access, and collaboration tools across a distributed workforce
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues related to laptops, operating systems, networking, SaaS platforms, and user access
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, permissions, and systems access
- Partner closely with HR, People Operations, and department leaders to ensure smooth employee onboarding experiences
- Support and maintain productivity and collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related systems
- Assist with identity and access management, including user provisioning, MFA, and security best practices
- Contribute to IT process improvements, automation initiatives, and systems documentation
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, inventory, licensing, and endpoint management processes
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, employee security training, and compliance related activities
- Participate in infrastructure, systems, and operational improvement projects
- Collaborate with vendors and cross functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize systems performance
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge resources
Qualifications
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams
- Poficient with Jira Service Management, including workflow configuration and service desk administration
- Communicate confidently with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash
- Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, or audit support activities
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, or manufacturing technology environments
