HOTEL AND RESTAURANT OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for staff for the opening of our newest restaurant and bar which will be located in Locke Aparthotel at Broken Wharf, planned to open early March 2020.
Locke at Broken Wharf is your new London City hotel base, and place to hang out on the banks of the River Thames. Complementing the South Bank's thriving cultural scene, you'll find a vibrant hive of smart co-working, artisanal coffee by day, and playful cocktails by night
Deli Cat & Sons is modern British take on the traditional 19th Century New York deli, from dawn to dusk expect a huge medley of tantalising culinary delights - from fresh and generous breakfast, beautiful salads, sandwiches and more healthy bites. In the evenings we will be offering Tapas made with locally sourced products and best quality seafood. Partnering with London bakery and grill Darby’s by Robin Gill, a shared appreciation for quality ingredients, cooking fresh and pouring love into every dish is evident.
Whatever you're fuelled by, this all-day St Pauls' restaurant will have something to tickle your senses - even if your tastes change as often as the seasonal menu.

Position Overview
Our Supervisors are the core of our operations. Passionate and driven, they are the link between our managers, our staff and they create the infectious buzz. They are skilfully trained to pass on their knowledge and never lose sight of their ultimate responsibility – to bring the most amazing experience to all of our guests.
Scope of the role, responsabilities and physical requirements
The lifestyle of our Supervisors always demand high levels of energy and positive outlook. They need to show consistency in ever changing environment, they need to be able to overcome challenges in creative and constructive way. They need to be great listeners for they will be the ones to relay guest expectations, but also the ones to first handle and support all the staff. The key operational duties of our supervisors include:
-Being responsible for delivering the smooth and unforgettable service throughout their shift. This includes creating guest experiences and building relationships. They need to ensure the consistency in the speed of service, as well as quality of drinks served.
-Dealing with special requests and guests who would expect the service to go beyond the usual offer.
-Supervisors will also be expected to resolve any issues that arose during the shift and escalate them to management.
-Communication is what keeps our departments operating smoothly, our Supervisors must master the skill of effective communication.
-Our Supervisors need to act as an ambassador of our brand.
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
Our Supervisors are flexible, passionate, eager to learn and driven to provide best service. We also expect them to inject the passion in all employees and being able to create the real team spirit. They need to be able to take ownership and believe in what they do.
-We expect our Supervisors to have at least 2 years of experience working in service
-Our Supervisors need to be fluent in English
-Our Supervisors need to be passionate about food and beverage and being aware of the current trends
Date of the Interview
We are recruiting a whole new team for the F&B outlets for a new opening of a hotel, therefore all final interviews will take place on 7th and 8th February 2020.
Hiring date
The hotel is due to be opened in the first weeks of March, however we feel it is crucial to conduct a fun and thorough training for all staff. Therefore, we aim to hire all staff during our interviews and offer the first working day for the 17th February 2020.
