We are a very dynamically developing hospitality group that opens inspirational, experiential, modern and comfortable but casual food and beverage venues around UK. We are currently looking for Sous Chef to train and prepare a new opening of a grab and go concept restaurant within a trendy and dynamic new hotel.
Our Bars and restaurants are casual and fun, with lots of live entertainment. We operate in busy markets as well as in modern creative hotel hubs. We don’t only serve great products - best cocktails, or really tasty own recipe craft beer, we actually creat places where people come to socialise, exchange ideas, and be inspired. In London you will find us in Mayfair and Elephant and Castle, but soon also in Camden, Aldgate and Broken Wharf on the banks of Thames.
We expect all of the candidates to prove excellent product knowledge, fantastic cookery imagination, and great management skills. Candidates must be able to prove the previous experience by providing the references. We will only interview candidates that have legal right to work and live in UK.
