We’ve successfully launched PERU PERDU restaurant at the supercool WHITWORTH LOCKE and now we’re turning our attention to the stunning COTTON FACTORY LOUNGE. 

We have a focus on:

• Looking after our team // no zero hour contracts // 100% tronc distribution // balance & well being.

• Residency wine (Austrian & German first up).

• Whisky, Gin & Cognac (we are a Hotel bar after all).

• Forward thinking cocktails & classic twists.

• Food from the residency restaurant, currently PERU PERDU.

• Amazing guest service // table service.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Monthly pay.

• 28 days holiday.

• Early finishes.

• Open over Christmas although limited hours.

• We’re doing something different here. Open minded, flexible and accommodating mindsets only.
