Proactive, results-driven Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience to oversee ongoing global projects in a manufacturing and product assembly environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders in Puerto Rico and globally
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Support process automation initiatives and maintain effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience monitoring project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the medical device industry.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, product assembly, or process automation projects.
• Experience coordinating global projects involving geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
