Expert with the installation, configuration, migration, management, and merging of multiple nstances of the Atlassian suite of products - Jira Cloud, Jira Software and Jira Service Desk. These tools are used for agile scrum development, project management, to create sprints, monitor service queues, resolve service requests, and create and monitor business tasks.
Work alongside a talented group of Program/Project Managers, Scrum Masters,  configuration Managers, and a wide array of Engineers to help implement Jira for all  members of the organization.

• BA in Computer Science or related Information Technology field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience with deep hands-on expertise with Jira
• Possess extensive experience in Atlassian upgrades, migrating instances from cloud to server or from server to cloud, combining multiple Jira and Confluence instances, utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and in-house servers to test various configurations before upgrades, and provide full solution architecture.
• Proven experience with Atlassian Software: JIRA cloud, JIRA Server, Jira Datacenter, JIRA Service Desk, Portfolio for JIRA, Misc. Workflow Extensions for Jira, Capture for Jira, etc.
• Proficiency with tools and skills used: JavaScript, Perl, Python with JIRA Scripting Suite Pro, shell scripting (KSH, BASH), XML, MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, HP-UX, IBM AIX, Mac OS X, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Solaris, VMware, Windows, Windows Server, Apache, AWS, LAMP, Linux RHEL, Microsoft Active Directory, Subversion, Git, Tomcat
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills 
• Working with clients on requests, workflow and process design, and general support
• Collaborate with IT Applications Administrators to ensure Jira performs at its best
• Skilled reacting to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Must be able to take leadership (ownership and accountability).
• Full bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, but not required.
• Jira Administration, Confluence Administration, or Jira Advanced Workflow Design Certifications are a plus
