Job Description

**This is a fully remote, part-time position (20 hours per week)**

 We are looking for a passionate UK or US-based PR consultant with solid experience helping B2B technology, marketing/advertising, or media companies build global exposure. 

You must be a creative and ambitious PR professional with existing media relationships from local to global (North America, EU, APAC) newsrooms. Prior experience working with executive teams in raising their personal brand a plus. 

 INFUSEmedia is a truly global team, with members currently located in eight time zones. If you can work in any time zone from GMT to PST, and have what it takes to win, we’d love to chat.

You are ideally suited for this role if:

  • You have proven experience in managing and delivering creative, high performance digital and traditional PR campaigns

  • You thrive on creating newsworthy stories that land links and coverage

  • You strive to contribute positively to the news agenda

  • You are a classically trained PR professional with a twist, unafraid to propose out-of-the-box campaign ideas


  • Develop company-level media relations strategy and outreach plans, and maintain close media relations

  • Craft press releases, media pitches, whitepapers and media summaries, and remain on top of media coverage

  • Design and execute media cooperation programs and events to journalists and news outlets around the world in order to gain high-quality coverage and links 

  • Design and execute content distribution proposals and deliver our content wide out

  • Submit speaking abstracts and award nominations

  • Work closely with industry influencers to manage external communications activities 

  • Develop talking points and messaging for spokespeople

  • Serve as an advisor and provide media counsel to the leadership team; use advanced coaching techniques to prepare spokespeople and leaders for media interviews and speaking engagements



  • 5+ years of experiences in media relations, public relations or a related field within the broadcast media or digital news industry
  • B2B technology, media, marketing/advertising experience a must

  • Passion for gaining media coverage

  • Strong working knowledge of SEO 

  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication, and coordinating skills

  • Excellent research skills and be able to stay news on the industry trend

  • Previous agency experience a plus
