In this position, you will help us achieve our business goals and accelerate growth momentum by developing winning online and offline marketing campaigns that drive engagement with our brand. Ultimately, you will connect INFUSEmedia with our prospects and clients.
How you will make a difference:
You will partner with our sales and client success organizations to develop creative digital and traditional marketing solutions to drive incoming leads and develop tracking tools to measure success and ROI;
You will collaborate with the marketing team to create stellar content while staying up-to-date on the latest martech stack;
You will develop key measurements to drive accountability that evaluates the performance of every marketing channel (media, digital, trade shows, direct mail, etc.) and recommend improvements to marketing spend;
You will ensure on-target digital marketing strategy, content, and image.

To be successful, you need to have:
Excellent writing and editing skills: You will devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job.
Impeccable communication skills: You will need to explain to others who may not be familiar with the medium how marketing technologies work, as well as recommend best practices for their implementation and use. You may also need to convince your peers and managers why certain strategies or investments may be more effective than others. In short, you will need to utilize influential conversational and written strategies to advance our marketing agenda.
Tech skills: You will need solid understanding of the martech stack (e.g., CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console, DSPs, WordPress, Social Ads Platforms). While we do not expect you to be an expert in everything, you need to learn new platforms quickly.
Project management skills: You will need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines -- sometimes several simultaneously. Excellent organizational and planning skills are a must.
B2B marketing chops: Education and prior experience are important to us -- we are building a team of curious learners -- therefore, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field, and demonstrate adequate education credentials to support your awesome resume.
