Job Description

We consider every individual who joins our team a critical part of defining who we are -- which is why we are looking for a high-energy and high-creativity Events Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. 

You will be responsible for planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and communication of events that build upon and support the INFUSEmedia brand and growth strategy.

What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain our overall trade show and event calendar.

  • Coordinate all aspects of events including graphics, floor plans, entertainment, logistics, ensuring our brand and objectives are met with a high level of quality.

  • Coordinate internal approval process and external contracts/agreements.

  • Prepare budgets (including submitting and tracking invoices) and execute events and programs within scope.

  • Create pre-, during-, and post-event communication materials with stakeholders.

  • Dream and deliver memorable and creative events presence in Boston and in key geographic markets nationally. Some travel will be required.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience managing high-profile events. At least 3-5 years of impressive experience within a high-growth company in a marketing, advertising agency, or event/trade show management function. 

  • Can-do attitude. Hands-on, creative problem solver with entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic. Able to embrace ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing needs and demands of a high-performance culture.

  • Digital native. We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing and can apply real-world experience to elevate ROI of our campaigns. 

  • Storytelling. Every marketer is a writer, and we expect you to use your craft to engage in conversation with our prospects and clients.

  • Impressive project management skills. If you are able to lead and complete multiple projects and events on time, on budget, and with high quality, you are in. If you have a certificate or degree in project management, you are ahead of the game.
