  • Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engineering initiatives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality) on assigned projects

  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resource conflicts before they impact delivery timelines

  • Maintain project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) with accurate, up-to-date status and documentation

  • Partner with the Agile Manager to standardize and continuously improve agile practices across the department

  • Coach engineering teams on agile principles and help build process maturity

  • Report project status and key metrics to engineering leadership

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager in an engineering or product development environment

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a technical/engineering context

  • Strong working knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)

  • Proficiency with project/agile tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across engineering, product, and business functions

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing ambiguity across a varied project portfolio

  • Willingness and ability to work primarily on-site in East Syracuse, NY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hardware/instrumentation, industrial equipment, or physical product development (vs. pure software)

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent

  • Experience introducing or scaling agile practices in an organization transitioning from traditional project management

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

  • Fully onboarded and independently running agile ceremonies for 3+ assigned NPD projects
