We also leverage our expertise in vacuum technology to provide unique, toxic chemical analysis products for emergency response, security, and environmental health and safety.
Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to solve organizational challenges, staying close to teams and translating priorities into pragmatic action
- Coach leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capability, organizational performance, and change readiness; design and lead related workshops
- Support workforce planning, talent reviews, performance, succession, and internal mobility
- Advise on compensation, promotions, and market competitiveness; partner with People Operations on pay equity and total rewards
- Champion oneINFICON culture, inclusion, and fair talent decisions; ensure a consistent, people-centric experience
- Ensure compliance with Liechtenstein/Swiss employment law, escalating complex cases as needed
- Use people data, analytics to inform decisions and contribute a business perspective to digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in People & Culture, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive People & Culture experience, including 3+ years as a Business Partner or advisor
- Experience in agile, fast-moving environments and guiding technical/commercial organizations through change
- Solid grounding in performance, compensation, and organizational effectiveness; awareness of Liechtenstein/Swiss employment law
- Strong coaching, influencing, and workshop facilitation skills, including with senior leaders
- Comfortable with ambiguity, organizational thinking, and pragmatic problem solving
- Genuine curiosity for people data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
- Fluent in German and English
