Job Description
As the Supply Chain Planning Analyst based at our US headquarters in East Syracuse, NY, you will operate at the intersection of supply chain planning and ERP transformation. In this role, you will be accountable for supporting demand, supply, and production planning while serving as a regional data steward on a major SAP S/4HANA implementation.
This role is ideal for a high-potential individual contributor eager to build planning expertise, strengthen systems and data capabilities, and gain exposure to SIOP and end-to-end supply chain operations.
What you will be doing
- Support demand, supply, and production planning inputs and schedule validation
- Analyze and improve data quality to enhance planning accuracy and execution
- Partner with planning and manufacturing teams to translate plans into action
- Prepare SIOP data, metrics, and scenario analysis
- Track and analyze KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory, and service levels
- Serve as a regional SAP S/4HANA data steward ensuring data integrity
- Support data migration, testing, reporting validation, and user training
- Document master data standards and planning-related business processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or a related field
- Exposure to SAP or planning tools (APO, IBP, or similar preferred)
- Working knowledge of forecasting, inventory, and production planning concepts
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Interest in process improvement and ERP-enabled transformation
- Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset

Additional Information
A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $85,000 to $110,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% as well as 401K match up to 8% (vesting schedule).
