Job Description

  • End-to-end product lifecycle ownership for vacuum measurement portfolio
  • Strategic portfolio alignment, prioritization, execution
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of Product Management team
  • Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, external partners
  • Market research and Voice-of-Customer guidance; translation into product strategy & value propositions
  • Chairing of product and portfolio review meetings; data-driven decision processes
  • Portfolio-level product positioning and messaging alignment
  • Development and deployment of value-selling tools, business cases, marketing assets
  • Go-to-market planning and execution (launches, trainings, events)
  • Promotion of innovation, customer focus, continuous improvement culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years product management experience in technical/engineering industries
  • Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills; portfolio prioritization capability
  • Technical acumen in test & measurement or comparable systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; stakeholder influence
  • Collaborative, adaptable leadership style; effective in dynamic environments
  • Professional English proficiency; German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
