We are looking for a passionate Agile Coach (M/F) to join our company and our community of Inetum Agilists.

To meet the needs of our key accounts in the banking and insurance sectors.

Your mission will be to :

Accompany the implementation of a roadmap to establish a real agile culture at scale;
Define, adopt and improve agile methods, practices and mindset.
Industrialize the agile transformation within the department to which you will be affiliated;
Define, adopt and improve agile methods, practices and mindset.
Train, support, motivate and manage teams and organizations
Embody the roles and values of Agile

You have at least three years' experience as an Agile Coach F/H.

Prove your ability to work in a team and use your emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
You have the ability to evangelize the benefits of agility.

Good oral communication skills.

You're a real coach and you're comfortable delivering training courses.

You are fluent in English - other languages and cultures would be highly appreciated.

Your certifications will be required. We can also arrange for you to take any relevant certifications.
