Job Description

We're looking for someone responsible for managing and optimizing revenue-related processes and systems. This may include tasks such as analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, managing our database, introducing new tools and implementing new processes, and working with other teams to ensure that revenue goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
     
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
     
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.
  • Market research our new ventures into new countries we enter.

  • Research and pinpoint the target accounts our sales and marketing teams should go after.

  • Enrich and update our database of target accounts.

  • Analyse company information and extract relevant information.

  • Segment the database of target companies into our CRM (Pipedrive).

  • Ensure accuracy of database.

  • Support marketing and sales when required.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, and at least one more language (French, Spanish or Arabic)

  • Excellent technical expertise on sales techstacks and experience setting up and managing CRMs (preferably Pipedrive)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbal and in writing

  • A highly ambitious and results driven attitude working to exceed goals and targets

  • Ability to work and thrive in fast-paced environment

  • The ability to understand and digest vast information

  • Bonus: Researcher or Business Development or Sales experience
