Our Godfrey plant is comprised of nine different production and packaging lines. Products manufactured include rubber edging, boarders, swing mats and pavers as well as a variety of soil and fertilizer products.

Duties May Include:

• Leading production line team
• Onboard/train new employees
• Ensure production line equipment is operating properly
• Troubleshoot and correct equipment related issues

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 2 years production lead experience in a manufacturing /industrial environment, preferred.
• Forklift and Skid Steer experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all employees in the facility, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to solve problems in a timely, professional manner.
• Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
