Are you driven by results and achieving goals? Would you like to interact with C-level executives from some of the world’s leading companies? At IKM, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to engage senior-level executives

This Sales Executive will be tasked with driving results that significantly impact the firm's overall growth and bottom line. By interacting with the highest level of decision makers at some of the world's most renowned companies, Sales Executives apply strategic thinking and solutions to organization in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and consult C-level Executives at large companies

• Evaluate prospects' business needs and present IKM solutions

• Exceed revenue goals by closing new client (member) accounts

• Create lead generation campaigns to prospect and build new business

• Execute a complete sales process leveraging both virtual and in-person sales techniques 

• Identify opportunities for new products and for development and enhancement of existing products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of experience identifying and closing new sales opportunities

• Work out of our East Brunswick, NJ office

• Willingness and ability to travel 25% within North America


Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing new business consistently at or above quota level • Successful experience in sales with an emphasis on high volume

• Solid understanding of business concepts & dynamics for large enterprise corporations

• Demonstrated success building credibility with a C-level client base

• Strong Business to Business (B2B) sales experience • Experience working with SugarCRM or other CRM 

• Ability to build relationships with senior level professionals and work well under pressure

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills

• High level of negotiation skills

• Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills

• Self-motivated and driven • Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit

• Background in Information Technology or related experience in technical sales a plus
