Summary: We seek a Subject Matter expert to thoroughly revise/update an existing IKM test that is used to assess the proficiency of an Apple technician.

Details: Are you an expert in your field? Are you looking for additional part-time work or a new way to channel your career experience? Then help IKM to develop and update our IT skills assessment tests! We  seek  Authors to create and update pools of multiple choice questions and Technical Reviewers to validate these question pools for correctness. These are contract-based projects performed from the comfort of your laptop. It is your choice as to how many hours per week you want to work towards the project deadlines. And all of the work is done using an online tool that is accessed from our website.

You must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Setting up, configuring, maintaining and upgrading Apple desktops (iMac/Mac Pro/Mac Mini) and laptops (MacBook/MacBook Air/MacBook Pro).
• Running the macOS operating system on a network.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting Apple computer and network problems in addition to preventive maintenance activities.
