Job Description

  • Generation and entry of schedules using workforce system
  • Maintenance of co-worker listings in workforce system
  • Adjustments/ amendments of timecards
  • Troubleshoot data issues in workforce system
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Computer literacy and familiar with MS Office and data programs
  • Meticulous and comfortable to work with high volumes of data
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Experience working with Kronos system and/or in retail operations will be advantages
  • Able to work as part of a team yet independently
  • Able to commence immediately and commit on weekends & PH
