Job Description
A day in your life with us:
• Understand the local market, consumers, specifically business customers and their business needs.
• Analyze current trends and optimize current and future commercial opportunities.
• Grow sales to businesses with sustained profitability by executing the B2B Operating plan.
• Identify the key customers and organize on-site visits for following up on previous purchases and
address possible new needs.
• Take fast action on commercial opportunities; existing in the local market i.e. start-up - offices,
residential compounds, hospitality.
• Work with customer relations and operations on service execution supporting the business shopping
experience, forecasting of sales volumes.
• Fill and archive all the customer information, drawings, copies of invoices, transactions, and all of the
related information or documents belong to my clients &projects and treat them as confidential
information.
• Follow up projects and customer needs in terms of sales and shopping process, delivery & assembly
and deliver Business action plan.
• Take the lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our
co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing team that will strongly contribute to reaching the
objectives and goals in Expansion
Qualifications
Your profile:
• You have Bachelor's degree in economics discipline
• Strong experience in working with retail will be consider as a plus
• Understand life at home & Business in the local market
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to work in a fast retail environment
• Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team
• Good attention to detail
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent presentation skills, live and online
