Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with Excellent communication skills to join our team. The primary role of the applicant will be to assist the customers and vendors and respond efficiently based on customer requirements and to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer calls professionally & provide information about products and services, orders, company policies etc
  • Handling the customer’s queries and solving the issues
  • Interact with the customers and vendors to get the proper feedback
  • Providing Phone, Email, Chat support to customers & vendors
  • Regular follow ups with Customers & Vendors

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory)
  • Good command in English & Hindi. (Written & Verbal)
  • Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
  • Should understand UK / USA accent
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: upto 2.4Lacs INR per annum (Based on academic credentials)
