We’re seeking an energetic Technical Customer Service Representative with great communication skills to be a part of our team. The Care Team Technical Customer Service Representative. Our care team clinicians are the first line of support for our patients. The care team technical customer support representatives provide technical support to the clinicians. Our care team technicians also our key point for product quality by pretesting and preparing products for distribution to the care team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Build, enhance and maintain an automated test infrastructure for multi-platform products that will be used to validate all aspects of the product components.

• Establish processes and tools set to maintain automation scripts and generate regular test reports.

• Product testing process and tools support

• Communication with other product teams to ensure successful releases

• Write the product specifications, test cases, testing scenarios

• Help QA Team with daily testing on Web browsers and Mobile devices

• Lead other team members

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical field

• 3+ years experience as a Software Development Engineering in Test

• Automated Web-based and Mobile Applications testing experience is a must

• Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills

• Demonstrated and current hands on experience automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestProject

• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges, troubleshooting/debugging and solutions

• Experience developing automation in at least one of OO languages – Javascript, Python, Java

• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an SDET role

• Good communication skills

• Writing product specifications, test cases, testing scenarios

Additional Requirements:

• Cucumber/Gherkin framework knowledge

• Understanding BDD framework

• Basic Web Development, Client-Server, API’s, Web-services

• Version control - GitHub basic knowledge

• Jira/Confluence experience

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
