We’re seeking an energetic Technical Customer Service Representative with great communication skills to be a part of our team. The Care Team Technical Customer Service Representative. Our care team clinicians are the first line of support for our patients. The care team technical customer support representatives provide technical support to the clinicians. Our care team technicians also our key point for product quality by pretesting and preparing products for distribution to the care team.

 

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • To prepare and test devices for our “white glove” patient monitoring service. This function requires a strong technical curiosity and knowledge of Android and iOS mobile devices. 

  • To interact with our medical professionals in the field to provide support with connectivity and solving conflicts with mobile devices.

  • To ship supplies requested by patients and ship products to remote enrollment patients.

  • Inventory management of care team inventory

Qualifications

Qualification and Skills: 

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with Apple iOS and Android mobile devices and configuring Bluetooth devices
  • Must be able to multitask and be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player with a 'get it done' approach to problem solving
  • Conscientious and reliable, and on-time attendance is critical
