• Manage IT system infrastructure including Windows and macOS
• Maintain IT systems documentation
• Assist with developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operation of IT systems
• Help research, test, and develop new solutions for corporate IT
• Serve as an escalation point for end-user support issues
• Apply relevant security patches and updates to IT infrastructure
• Install new software and hardware products in the IT environment

• 4-year degree in MIS, engineering, or computer science; and/or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with the administration in an Active Directory environment
• Working knowledge of scripting languages to automate tasks
• Working understanding of TCP/IP networking, Firewall, and related services
• Follow and seek improvement in technology solutions
• Ability to occasionally travel to remote corporate offices

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

Amazon Web Services, Virtualization (VMware), IPSec VPNs, SSL VPN, IDS, IPS, Cisco IOS, Cisco ASA, G Suite
