Responsibilities: 

• Process and validate daily orders from Shopify plus. Work closely with the E-commerce sales team in achieving sales goals.

• Coordinate routing of customer shipments to meet customer requirements from different sales platforms like Shopify and Amazon.

• Home page, navigation, collections products, and content pages, coordinate and ensure timely launch of go to market and product-related assets on the home page, collections pages, and product pages.

• Support online customers incoming calls if needed.

• Generate and update listing content using Shopify platform (Products, Content, Promotions)

• Regularly track the reviews and feedbacks of our products on different sales platforms and reply timely with full understanding of our product knowledge.

• Inventory Management (Analyze Sales Data, Place PO, etc)

• Analyze the campaigns reports onGoogle AdWords, Bing and Facebook and provide optimized solutions.

• Responsible for working with Accounting and Warehouse departments to reconcile RMA inventory every week.Partner with the warehouse team for inventory control and accuracy.

Qualification and Skills: 

• Associate's/Bachelor's Degree

• Bilingual : Mandarin/ English

• Experience in Shopify plus operations

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with constant moving parts.Good problem-solving abilities

• Analytical ability and business judgement

• Self-driven and team player

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive is a plus

• Have a general interest in consumer electronics and new technology

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
