Job Description
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Enhance UI/UX for internal users through custom widgets and portals using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
- Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and mid-server configurations.
- Maintain platform performance, security & SOX compliance, and user access controls.
- Participate in upgrades, testing cycles, and documentation for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and enhancements.
- Train and provide knowledge transfers to new members of the team.
- Support Go-live and hyper care phases.
- Does Technical Assessment of new plugins installation and configuration to setup business process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards, agile working methodologies, and tools while ensuring adherence to coding and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow development and product delivery experience within modules/applications. Preferred ServiceNow Application expertise aligning with IHS (Telco Tower industry):
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, Ul Policies, Portal Pages, UI Pages), Reporting and Platform Analytics Dashboards set up.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, EAM / HAM
- Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
Ability to design scalable solutions in multi-instance environments.
