Job Description
- Manage the site lease database, ensuring quality data inputs to the Lease Database Management System (LDMS).
- Ensure timely renewal of all leases to mitigate risk exposures of the business that may result from expired leases.
- Ensure negotiators make lease payments to landlords and that documentation for such leases is complete and repatriated to the appropriate site file(s) on time.
- Identify, escalate and resolve potential bottlenecks in the renewal process to reduce turnaround time (TAT) in renewal process.
- Serve as point of contact with Real Estate consultants, providing support to queries, direction within limit, and guidance on use of the LDMS.
- Perform integrity checks on the LDMS to ensure data accuracy and quality of information.
- Generate monthly performance measurement dashboard for consultants based on set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare timely ad hoc reports on site lease information as may be required.
- Attend to internal escalations and provide updates on access issues that may result from lease renewals.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as Treasury (Finance) to ensure payment of consultants and lessors within projected timelines.
- Process consultants’ invoices on time for internal approval
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Land Lease.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant numeric disciplines.
- +5 years’ relevant experience.
