Job Description

  • Develop and execute the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
  • Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with company priorities, values, and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications to continuously improve internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees. Make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.
  • Assist with crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up to date.
  • Maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly. Use internal tools as appropriate to maximize the company’s internal communication effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging, branding, and identity.
  • Coordinate internal events and other related initiatives.  
  • Provide daily updates of relevant press mentions to management and critical internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all content channels.
  • Manage approved vendor/agency relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned by Associate Director, Corporate Communications.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant communications experience in an Agency or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and monitoring communications strategies.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a diverse and multi-cultural team.
