Job Description

  • Select and visit the maximum of site once the project is completed
  • Double check all the delivery (quality and quantity) based approved BoQ, APD/SoW
  • Review and double check even the preliminary report of the project (soil test, structural analysis, design, assumption…)
  • Report to Senior Manager Implementation and per site, all the snags found
  • Follow up the snag’s clearance and report
  • Identify the repetitive snags and advice on training/coaching to be done to vendors/Field technician.
  • Evaluate and report the financial impact on snags, especially those cannot be cleared
  • Audit on process at least once a year to find out the weakness and area to be improved if necessary.
  • Prepare quarterly PPT for Management summarizing audit activity.
  • Attend the meeting with internal and External auditors
  • Prepare and submit your annual audit plan based on the approved budget and actual process.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electricity, Mecanic or Civil work
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in Rollout activities (Site build, PAC/FAC, HO, SoW, Soil,…)
  • Computer appreciation: MS Word, Excel (>=Level 5), Power-Point, MS Project, Visio, AutoCAD, etc.…
