Job Description

We are building our sales team in Los Alamitos, CA and need an Inside Sales Representative. The goal of this team is to develop opportunities for our outside sales team to pursue. Opportunity generation will be done by conducting research on potential customers, identifying key managers in those organizations and making contact via phone, email and other methods (mail, LinkedIn, text, etc.). This team can also make direct sales to customers.

Candidates interested in this opportunity do NOT need to know about our product offerings or the audio visual industry, they just need to be good at making inside sales happen.  We will train the Inside Sales Representative on the rest.

We offer a reputable company, and a very good compensation package with no ceiling on commissions. Because this is a new office we are going to be very aggressive in winning new business and the sales team will have very good support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Phone based sales of commercial AV solutions to companies
  • Find and develop opportunities for outside sales team
  • Sell directly to customers

Qualifications

  • Inside sales experience selling commercial solutions to companies
  • Proven sales success
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of work
  • Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Ideally based in Los Angeles/Orange County area, commutable to Los Alamitos office location
