Job Description
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team and contribute to shaping human-AI collaboration through our Agentic Studio platform. This role requires a solid foundation in UX design to create intuitive interfaces for AI agents and the people who work with them.
About the Role
As a UX Designer for Agentic Studio, you will contribute to the design of intuitive experiences where AI agents can create, iterate, and collaborate on projects. You will support how users interact with intelligent systems that can understand context and produce outputs across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution and Research Support
Execute design work and contribute to research activities for agentic workflows, supporting alignment with user needs within the Agentic Studio product area.
Apply inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, particularly considering the needs of users working with AI agents.
Gather insights from user research and apply data-driven approaches to inform design decisions for human-AI interfaces.
End-to-End Design Execution
Diagram complex service flows and agentic workflows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints while contributing to end-to-end design processes within the Agentic Studio domain.
Design interaction models, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that promote intuitive collaboration between humans and AI agents while optimizing how users interact with autonomous systems.
Develop and adapt design patterns for agent configuration, task delegation, output review, and iterative refinement processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into the product development process, supporting seamless and user-centered solutions for agentic workflows.
Work closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, researchers, and content strategists to develop designs from concept through execution using a practical and technically informed approach.
Collaborate with other designers and contribute to shared design work while developing solid knowledge of agentic interaction paradigms.
Design Communication and Advocacy
Present design solutions to project teams and key stakeholders, articulate the rationale behind agentic UX decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
Support design decisions with user research and evidence when proposing new interaction patterns for AI agent collaboration.
Apply and share best practices for designing human-AI collaborative experiences within the team.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating design process and output quality.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Experience with user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.
Working understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for AI/ML products, automation tools, or developer-facing platforms.
Background in conversational UI, voice interfaces, or other emerging interaction modalities.
Experience with design systems and component libraries for complex technical products.
Knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations, particularly in creative and analytical domains.
Experience designing for workflow optimization and productivity enhancement.
Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms or creative software suites.
