About the Role:
As the Training Operations Specialist within the Kyriba Elevate team, you will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency and communication of Kyriba Elevate — our global training and enablement platform serving customers, partners, and internal teams.
Reporting to the Director, Global Product Enablement, you will be responsible for managing communication workflows, training operations end-to-end, and various projects that directly support the growth of our learning ecosystem. You will be a reliable point of contact across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring that our training offerings are clearly communicated, operationally seamless, and consistently aligned with Kyriba's brand and strategic goals.

Job Description
Training Information & Customer Support
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal teams, customers, and partners regarding training options, including platform access, pricing, registration processes, and logistical details.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, contributing to a positive learner experience.
Platform & Content Management
- Maintain and update Kyriba Elevate platforms and associated web properties (including Kyriba Insider, the Kyriba corporate website, and the training sign-up page), ensuring all content is accurate, current, and consistently branded.
- Actively manage the Kyriba Elevate group email to ensure all emails have been responded to
- Manage partner training subscription program ensuring the consultants being trained are properly tracked and all deliverables are being met
Content Development
- Create clear, engaging informational content to help internal departments understand new training offers, program updates, and operational changes.
- Equip cross-functional teams with the resources they need to accurately represent Kyriba's learning offerings externally.
Digital Event Management
- Coordinate and support the delivery of monthly training webinars, managing content preparation, logistics, and follow-up communications.
Training Operations
- Issue and communicate training vouchers to eligible participants.
- Conduct proctoring reviews and manage exam assignments.
- Manage Elevate Data in order to deliver the necessary KPIs and reporting to fulfill the management reporting requirements
- Upload assessment scores to the Learning Management System (LMS/ELMS).
- Manage communications with training registrants throughout the enrollment and completion cycle.
- Handle monthly training billing via the creation of Salesforce opportunities and act as liaison to billing team for any questions/discrepancies in the billing process
Systems & Tools Administration
- Administer key team tools including Arlo, ELMS, YouTestMe (YTM), Impartner, and other platforms as needed.
- Handle access management tasks including password reset requests and user provisioning.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven experience designing and documenting operational processes from the ground up
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a habit of identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Experience working with Google Suite, AI, LMS platforms, Salesforce and training registration platform (e.g., Arlo, Impartner, or similar)
Preferred
- Familiarity with Kyriba's liquidity performance platform
- Prior exposure to training operations, learning & development, or partner enablement environments
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional team setting
