Be a Key Part of Our Nordic HR Team

We are looking for a HR Generalist in Sweden (Linköping or Stockholm) for a fixed term employment until end of August 2027

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Nordic Human Resources team in Sweden. This fixed-term position, based in Linköping or Stockholm, plays a central role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and fostering our commitment to co-operation, compliance, and a healthy work environment.

The Opportunity

As an HR Generalist, you will be a vital partner to managers, employees and HR colleagues throughout the Nordics and globally. You will combine hands-on HR support with contributions to long-term people and workplace development. This role offers a unique chance to engage with a diverse workforce, influence positive change, and help shape our company’s people practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day HR support to managers and employees in Sweden, addressing all people-related topics with professionalism and empathy.
  • Act as the local contact for employee relations matters and HR queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Advise and guide managers on a wide range of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies, employment law, and collective agreements, upholding compliance at every step.
  • Contribute actively to the development and implementation of workplace health and safety initiatives in cooperation with safety representatives.
  • Support and facilitate employee engagement programs, well-being activities, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with employee representatives and participate in negotiations, consultations, and ongoing dialogue to foster a positive working climate.
  • Ensure accurate HR records and support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our people processes and systems.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator who can build trust, navigate sensitive topics, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle daily tasks while contributing to strategic HR projects.
  • Experienced in HR, with background in operational and advisory role — preferably within a Swedish or Nordic context.
  • Knowledgeable about Swedish employment law, collective agreements, and the Swedish Model of workplace cooperation.
  • Committed to fostering a fair, inclusive, and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
