The DBVA platform is central to the Business Value Assurance function within IFS and the partner community, used daily by 100+ employees. This role will lead the replatforming and long-term operation of the business central operational tool. Ensure it is secure, scalable and maintainable, while building most of the solution hands-on in collaboration with an AI Engineer and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering the new system architecture in Azure. Migrating existing low code/C# solution into a React/Node.js and MS SQL, with integrated and embedded AI, solution using AI assisted coding. This is a focused, high-responsibility role, you will both design and build the technical solution supported by the AI Engineer and guided by business stakeholders. After building, you will own the system long-term, including maintaining stability, integrations and incremental improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead replatforming effort: Design, build and deploy technical solution
• Architect and code a scalable and secure solution with React and Node.js
• Ensure multi-tenant, B2B ready design with RLS and data segregation
• Own long-term technical quality, maintainability and sustainability of the platform
• Collaborate with AI engineer to embed AI-driven functionality
• Partner with business stakeholders for requirements, testing and continuous improvements

Overall Required Competencies:

• Deep expertise in Azure App Services, MS SQL and identity management
• Strong React, Node.js and API-driven system design
• Hands-on builder mindset, comfortable both architecting and coding
• Experience with SaaS/multi-tenant application design and RLS
• Familiarity with AI assisted coding workflows
• Security first mindset and ability to build resilient solutions

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience (3+ in Azure or similar)
• Proven track record in modernizing or replatforming applications
• Ability to work in lean, cross-functional teams with high autonomy
• Experience delivering and owning business critical solutions
• Strong English
• Hands on experience of Azure App Services, MS SQL, Entra ID
• Full stack skills: React, node.js or similar or proven ability to pivot
• Architecture knowledge of multi-tenant design, RLS and B2B
• Proven experience of replatforming, migrating from legacy to modern solution
• Secure coding practices, role-based access and identity management
• Be able to work cross teams' business and IT

Desirable:

• Other back-end stack experience that could be relevant (C#, java, Kotlin etc.)
• Microservices architecture, API gateways and security framework
• Experience with AI assisted coding and AI assisted deployment best practice
• Compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, SOC2)
• Large-scale distributed systems
• Lead dev teams or coached juniors
