About the Role
The Senior Implementation Consultant, Financial Institutions, serves as a trusted advisor guiding
banking clients through the implementation of Kyriba's SaaS treasury solutions. This role requires
expertise in banking operations, treasury management systems, and financial connectivity
technologies. You'll design and deploy tailored solutions for working capital, securitization, payments,
and bank connectivity that drive measurable value for financial institutions.
Working at the intersection of technology and finance, you'll collaborate with internal teams, banking
clients, and industry partners to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Financial
Institutions sector.

Job Description
What you’ll do
Strategic Advisory & Client Engagement
- Lead solution design workshops with banking clients, independently managing key design aspects
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors, and industry associations
- Manage client relationships through regular touchpoints (virtual and on-site meetings)
- Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to enhance and support Kyriba's banking channel through practical insights
Implementation & Technical Delivery
- Configure and test Kyriba solutions across multiple modules in client environments
- Provide expert guidance during user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live preparation, and production support
- Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones using dashboards and project management tools
- Design and implement workflows for various functional and technical modules
- Work with clients on connectivity solutions including SAP, Oracle, host-to-host, APIs, and ERP integrations
Knowledge Transfer & Enablement
- Design and deliver customized training programs focused on banking channel functionality
- Create tailored training agendas based on client needs and use cases
- Develop and maintain documentation and enablement materials for internal teams and external partners
- Obtain and maintain Kyriba certifications across functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (master's degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services, or other relevant experience
- Proven experience with financial connectivity solutions (host-to-host, APIs, ERP integrations, bank integrations)
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage project processes and deliver results on time and within scope
Preferred Experience
- Prior implementation experience with TMS (Treasury Management Systems), FinTech SaaS, or ERP financial systems
- Technical expertise with connectivity platforms including SAP, Oracle (JDE/Fusion), or other enterprise systems
- Track record of managing client relationships in global or multicultural environments
- Experience working with banking partners and financial institutions
- Background in working capital, securitization, treasury operations, or payments
