Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President, Enhanced AI (Agents) to lead the commercial strategy and execution for our next-generation AI Agent-based solutions. This high-impact leadership role will drive full-cycle growth across enterprise accounts, overseeing strategic GTM initiatives, sales performance, and customer adoption across industrial sectors. As a matrix leader collaborating with regional and corporate stakeholders, you will shape and execute a global strategy that positions our AI capabilities as transformative drivers of customer value and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end revenue strategy and sales execution for the AI Agent product line focused on industrial clients and use cases, for capabilities outside of the core product platform. 

  • Develop and lead GTM plans, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to drive pipeline growth and market adoption. 

  • Engage with C-level decision-makers, articulating the strategic value of AI Agents in transforming operations and business models. 

  • Drive performance management across pipeline, forecasting accuracy, win rates, and quota attainment. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring long-term strategic relationships. 

  • Align with corporate strategy on pricing, commercial partnerships, and portfolio positioning. 

  • Act as an internal champion and market voice, influencing product innovation and differentiating features based on customer insights. 

  • Operate as a thought leader within the company and externally to establish credibility and visibility in the AI industrial landscape. 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise software or AI solution sales, with at least 15+ years in senior leadership roles (VP/SVP). 

  • Experience of non-standard B2B GTM motions.  

  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and enterprise adoption models. 

  • Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Strong analytical mindset; able to blend strategic planning with day-to-day execution. 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing. 

  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous, and cross-cultural environments. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of exceeding commercial goals
