Job Description

An analyst GCS Portfolio Analyst works on a section of our Services Portfolio under the direction of the Portfolio Director and are tasked with the definition, packaging, and effective release of the Services in our Portfolio. They will support the GCS Portfolio director who proactively drives the transition to a primarily recurring revenue model in Services. The focus on of this role will be IFS Success and Partner Success.

This is a great opportunity to get exposure to senior leadership and stakeholders working a global role and have an impact driving the growth of the assigned portfolio offering.

Qualifications

  • Some Direct experience in or proven experience in creating innovating, high revenue and value service offerings - or a strong willingness to learn in this area.
  • Relevant  commercial experience in the enterprise software industry (nice to have but training provided)
  • Experience “solutioning” services for customers (nice to have but training provided)
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure services and enabled across IFS
  • Understanding of Go to Market and Sales positioning of Services or drive to learn more about this
  • Ideally able to demonstrate an understanding of key industries

Desirable:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Direct experience (>3 years) in Product Management or services development
  • Good understanding of IFS Services and delivery models
