Job Description

As Sales Operations Lead for for the COO office, you will be focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic insights, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves managing the sales forecasting process, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence. The role includes supporting the leadership team by providing high-level data analysis, strategic recommendations, and operational leadership. This role will be pivotal in driving business growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring that the sales organization meets its revenue targets. You will have a deep understanding of the Data Available, marketing and sales processes and network of experts you can call on to test ideas and gather feedback fast. This is an evolving role that will grow as you build capabilities and leverage AI to make your work more effective.

Revenue Growth– Create resources to monitor strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth in collaboration with sales leadership and key business units.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Develop and manage sales forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing key performance insights.

Sales Performance Analysis – Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement.

Process Optimization – Lead efforts to streamline sales operations, data preparation, enhance efficiencies, and implement best practices.

CRM & Data Management – Actively participate in the CRM optimization process to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and visibility into sales pipeline and revenue projections.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with senior leadership, finance, marketing, and product teams to support strategic alignment and operational success.

Sales Enablement – Develop tools, resources, and strategies to boost sales team productivity,

Strategic Support & Special Projects – Provide insights and analysis for leadership initiatives, including M&A, go-to-market strategies, and high-priority projects.

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze key historical and predictive performance metrics using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports, offering actionable insights for leadership.
  • Enhance and develop new reporting assets to meet evolving business needs.

Process Definition & Enhancement

  • Improve operational reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Standardize and simplify reporting assets in alignment with the global operating model.
  • Implement cross-functional initiatives with global and regional teams.

Business Partnering – Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into clear insights to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in senior sales operations, business analytics, or a related leadership role, with a focus on revenue growth and strategy.
  • Proven track record in managing sales forecasting, performance analysis, and process optimization at a senior level.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, technology-driven organizations, or other high-growth industries.
  • Affinity for working with data and transforming it into management reporting information
  • Professional fluency in English
