Job Description

Inside Sales in IFS Ultimo analyses the needs and wants of the potential and existing customers and creates trust in the organisation. In this position you're responsible for the foundation for new sales by contacting the (potential) customer and/or expanding and managing existing relations. 

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential mid-sized customers in the DACH region
  • Qualify leads and develop sales opportunities via phone, email, and other digital channels
  • Proactively support and consult prospects from initial contact to contract closing
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales and account management teams to align on customer acquisition strategies
  • Conduct online demos and product presentations of our EAM solution
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement lead-generation campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in the CRM system and report on sales progress regularly
  • Achieve individual and team sales and acquisition targets

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, ideally in EAM, ERP, or related software solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, especially in selling to mid-sized companies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
  • Ability to explain complex technical products clearly and identify customer needs
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
