Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop reports and dashboards that provide valuable business insights across the region. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Business Operations, the role will collaborate closely with the Regional Chief Operating Officer to produce and publish reports for geographical market units and the broader region. 

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of reporting tools, data sources, and will work cross-functionally with various teams to gather and analyze data. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist management by creating and distributing reports on a weekly and monthly basis. 

  • Publish performance reports that track the monthly and quarterly progress of Account Executives (AEs) and Market Units (MUs) towards their targets. 

  • Generate Sales Representative productivity reports, tracking pipeline changes, such as new pipeline creation, lost deals, and quarterly movement. 

  • Prepare forecast review files to support forecast calls at both the Market Unit and regional levels. 

  • Update and maintain Annual Recurring Revenue reports weekly to monitor backlog, forecast, and upsides. 

  • Develop trackers and reports for the Install Base teams to monitor achievement and pipeline progression. 

  • Automate manual Excel reports using Power BI 

  • Create monthly and quarterly reports to support Quarter Business Review analyses. 

  • Provide ad hoc reporting support to the line manager as needed. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • A tertiary education or equivalent experience, with a focus on software and business administration. 

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or software industry. 

  • Experience working in departments such as Sales, Commercials, and Sales Operations in similar roles. 

  • A solid understanding of financial statement concepts. 

  • A thorough understanding of the sales cycle within a software company. 

  • Experience using various CRM and ERP systems; familiarity with IFS Apps is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical and business acumen. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English. 

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to build macros and write complex queries. 

  • Experience in creating dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
