Job Description

The Undergraduate Trainee - HR supports IFS to run smooth HR operations in employee onboarding, offboarding and other day to day activities in HR domain. Building relationships with all stakeholders is a key to success in this role and it helps smooth operations.

  • Involved in pre-onboarding / first-day onboarding activities
  • Involved in offboarding process for resigned employees together with other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HRSSC and HRIS teams to manage employee data.
  • Contribute towards continuously improving HR operational processes

Qualifications

  • An Undergraduate / Graduate in Human Resource Management stream.
  • Previous internship working experience in the IT industry is an added advantage.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be well organized, and possess good planning skills
