Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a well-experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving results and demand generation in a fast-paced environment.   • Strategy Development: Lead the development of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and ensure demand generation. Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve business objectives. Monitor spending and ROI to drive cost-effective marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all digital marketing channels to maintain consistency and strengthen brand identity. Ensure messaging and creative assets resonate with target audiences and reflect brand values.
  • Technology Utilization: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing tools and platforms. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance campaign performance, streamline processes, and drive innovation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide updates on digital marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate effectively to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role preferably within the technology, software, or B2B industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
