Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Education and ClickLearn Product Specialist to join our team.

As a Product Education Specialist in ClickLearn the ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in the ins and outs of ClickLearn software and able to help mold our future strategies with this product.  They must be adept at creating engaging and effective learning materials. This role involves developing and implementing educational strategies, leveraging ClickLearn to create interactive training content, and supporting users in mastering new tools and technologies. As a Product Specialist within the Education area you will split your time between taking control of our ClickLearn strategy, streamlining processes and documentation, while working with other members of the team on bringing other educational content to life through our release cadence.  You will work closely with various teams to ensure that how we work with our ClickLearn partner strategically across all departments and our Education Guild are aligned.

You will be an advocate for finding different ways of working, overcoming challenges alongside the Education team.

A Product Specialist at IFS continuously expands their business process domain knowledge, as well as technical knowledge and shares this knowledge to guide others.

As a Product Specialist you should be able to: 

  • Determine the needs of our different stakeholders for user education material 

  • Write and review technical and end user content for the product, including user guides, online help, system error messages, system field names, labels, tool tips etc. 

  • Be able to identify the need for new content from analysis of support cases and topics on community platforms 

  • Be an advocate for intuitive design and seek out ways of reducing the need for formal education materials through collaboration with the design stakeholders within the development teams 

  • Ensure User Education is accessible at the right time, in the right place, in the right medium for all target groups 

  • Own the ClickLearn User Education strategy and work with community and senior stakeholders within your team to ensure processes within the team align to the strategy and enhancements are delivered to add value.

  • Utilise ClickLearn software to create interactive, user-friendly training materials. Develop tutorials, walkthroughs, and simulations to facilitate learning and skill acquisition.

  • Functionally test, review and maintain the ClickLearn software

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on utilizing ClickLearn effectively. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to maximize their proficiency with the software.

  • Contribute in activities related to product/program management around future direction and vision for ClickLearn and our Education needs.

  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Great team player who can connect with global team members. 

  • Commitment and ability to meet deadlines in a consistent manner. 

  • Willingness to learn new concepts 

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study or demonstratable experience in relevant working environment 

  • Ability to coordinate and manage projects in line with known timeframes 

  • Experience in a customer facing role
