WorkWave Team is looking for innovative quality assurance engineers who want to be part of a team of creative and talented individuals.  Our teams are a mix of technologists, product managers, software engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX designers, TechOps, and DevOps, all working together to deliver our vision. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing of desktop software applications developed using the WinForms framework.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, record, and track software defects to resolution using issue tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases.
• Occasionally conduct testing of mobile and web components of the software.
• Occasionally conduct API testing to verify functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Document testing procedures and results for reference and future use.
• Provide feedback to improve software quality and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of QA experience
• Proficiency in testing desktop applications developed on the WinForms framework.
• Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
• Proven experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Familiarity with testing mobile and web applications is a plus.
• Experience in testing APIs and understanding of API testing tools and techniques is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in using Test Management tools like JIRA
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
