Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Employer Branding personal to join our team. As an Under Graduate Trainee - Employer Branding, you will be responsible for Design, plan and execute employer branding strategy & activities aligned to the global employer branding platform. You will directly help support the talent acquisition team attract the best talent in the market by executing the branding strategy.

 

  •  Represent IFS at external events and create awareness of who is IFS & what IFS does
  • Encourage & advocate employees to be brand ambassadors & strengthen the IFS EVP internally and externally
  •  Deliver advertising, digital marketing and brand building campaigns
  • Establishment/expansion of (university) school marketing at target group-relevant (university) schools (ex. partnerships with (university) schools, open day)
  •  Preparation, organization, participation in recruiting events
  • Support and maintenance of social media channels
  • Implement processes that ensure the creative workflows run smoothly, establish consistent processes for engaging with external agencies/ vendors, and streamline onboarding process

Qualifications

 

  • Undergraduate in Marketing, HR or business administration or similar relevant field
