Job Description
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
- Maintenance of systems and data regarding the GCS variable(compensation) plans, ensuring accuracy & integrity of data.
- Preparation of compensation reporting dashboards, showing actual achievement versus targets
- Be a central point within the GCS organization on the creation, maintenance, and communication of reporting Dashboards
- Conduct in-depth business analytics and provide executive-level reporting for the Sales & Finance teams regarding commissions and commission-based metrics.
- Growing, overseeing, and executing company bonus plans, policies and programs.
- Assisting with the development and roll-out of yearly variable/bonus plans for Global GCS plans, in line with corporate strategy
- Ensuring that processes and policies are established and maintained to facilitate the smooth release of Compensation plans
- Provide counsel, and guidance and serve as a resource on bonus systems, process and administration to the global GCS organization.
- Be the central point for the administration of ‘new joiners’ and ‘leavers’ and the impact on their for bonus plan; This would include the administration of plans where staff move internally to other departments / functions.
- Provide support and training for the execution of the commissions processes.
- Be the central point of contact to answer field queries and concerns on both regional and individual plans
Skills and experience required:
- 5 to 7 years of previous experience with business analytics/ compensation function at a large multinational IT company is preferred
- Must have advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Good analytical skills, especially in other MS Office suite products
- Experience utilizing compensation theory, principles, and practices to perform independent analysis of programs using market data
- Proficiency in HRIS systems preferably with Ultipro
- Strong data mining and quantitative analysis skills
- Must have strong quantitative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with ability to research and analyze various types of data
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills as well as interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
- CCP or similar certification and/or PHR certification.
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
- Experience on XACTLY INCENT®Incentive Compensation Management Software
- Outstanding people and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with compensation research and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills & analytical thinker.
