Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Account Executive to join our exciting journey to further drive our net new logo accomplishment. Your focus will be within the vertical Construction and Engineering. The role will include close collaboration within our market unit and of course our extensive Ecosystem. The candidate for this position will be entrepreneurial in nature and excel in creating and closing opportunities in a net new sales role. You will join a successful team and have a great proposition to sell. You are a true enterprise software sales expert that knows the market, that pushes for double-digit growth and gets deals done. By applying a consultative approach, value-based selling and industry knowledge you’re able to identify, qualify and progress opportunities. 

The role is positioned within a high growth market unit and an organization going through transformational growth. We are an ever-evolving business, challenging and disrupting the status quo. 

Responsibilities 

  • Align business development and sales activities with the business growth strategies; 
  • Accomplishes annual sales target and gross profit plans; 
  • Implementing sales and partnership business models;
  • Prepare, own, and maintain your territory plan for agreed vertical;
  • Own the end-to-end sales process including demand generation; 
  • Owning the annual targets and delivering as per quarterly budget;
  • Create and maintain strategic relations with business partners; 
  • Build a strong network and collaboration with Sales leadership and global teams; 
  • Manage and maintain complete CRM hygiene incl. administration, accurate forecasting and reporting. 

Qualifications

  • 5 years+ demonstrated sales experience selling complex business application software with a track record of net new logo accomplishments and exceeding quota;
  • Proven track record of net new logo accomplishments and exceeding quota;
  • Extensive knowledge of principles and practices within enterprise software sales; 
  • Bachelor's Degree or proven equivalent knowledge and experience; 
  • Basic knowledge or direct experience within Construction & Engineering
  • Comfort working within a matrix-rich organisation; 
  • Natural skills in building relationships and finding support to get the job done;
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills in Dutch and English; 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality;
  • Creative and experienced in building campaigns with Marketing and guiding BDR’s;
  • Strong team player and networker; 
  • Proven Experience in SPIN; 
  • MEDDIC Sales Methodology is a strong plus
