Job Description

Are you dedicated for working with customer success and aimed for developing our consulting services further? Then you might be interested in taking the assignment as Customer Success Industry Director within IFS Nordics.

Your future challenge

As an Industry Director, you will have customer ownership to customers within a dedicated industry. You will work proactively to ensure long term customer success, continued profitability and identification of business opportunities in close cooperation with sales. Through a great commitment and clear leadership, you will lead a team of engaged Project Managers and build up Customer Success Management function for the industry where reuse of solutions/practice and focus on how to establish a one to many handling is vital for success. The industry will be responsible for implementation projects, upgrades and success services within the customer segment. Alignment and cooperation with our service management unit is important to achieve results. An important part is to coach and lead your team to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for developing business potential and achieving maximum efficiency according to IFS processes. The industry director is responsible for the full services P&L towards these customers.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person who:

  • Used to C-level communication – being an advocate for our customers.
  • Want to be in front when delivering customer success to our customers.
  • Gets motivated by working with customer relationship, sales where the communication and setup should be streamlined internally but deliver high value to our customers – often in short engagements.
  • Gets inspired by leading and coaching others – leading own resources and in matrix with others.
  • Able to lead implementation of changes in our organization.
  • Have several years’ experience of working in a leading role (project management or equal).
  • Has knowledge of modern ERP systems and the consultant business.
  • Strong commercial accountability, taking P/L responsibility for the industry.
  • Can do line management of Project Managers and Customer Success Managers.
  • Has a degree from college or university in a relevant field.
  • Communicates fluently in English

Most important is your ability and motivation to build a team to where IFS will be even closer to our customers.

Your main responsibility will be to lead the Nordic delivery team within one of the defined industries and set our new delivery standards in such a way that our customer success approach succeeds within Nordics. This work will imply strong collaboration across functions where practices are defined, sold and developed.
 

It is an advantage if you have experience of working with partners and/or offshore.
