Job Description
The AMS Service delivery manager is responsible for advising, guiding the Customer in obtaining the most value out of the AMS Service. The AMS Service Delivery manager will proactively advise their respective customers to make efficient use of ticket volumes as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes, practices and business adoption as well as lead service governance for IFS in partnership with Customer Management and executive stakeholders. The AMS Service Delivery Manager enjoys the challenge of creating and communicating and delivering outcomes to the customer that form the basis for successful engagement that ultimately lead to highly referenceable customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Weekly Service reviews and status updates including a summary of case type, volumes and compliance with SLA’s
- Monthly management updates summarizing monthly ticket usage, profitability, SLA compliance and forecasting service demand
- Maintaining a profitable service as per the given targets
- Take ownership of qualified critical and high priority incidents
- Working with multiple stakeholder both Internal to IFS and Internal to the Customer to ensure a tier 1 service delivery for the customer while managing the IFS capacity effectively
- Provide input to continuously improve the service in line with IFS strategy of providing high-quality specialist services to our customers under long-term predictable revenue
- Provide operational and strategic input to AMS Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications
An AMS Service Delivery manager would be expected to have the following skills:
- Good understanding of IFS APPs or/and FSM/PSO APPs and the delivery of IFS Service Portfolio
- Good leadership skills
- Service mindset with commercial thinking
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good situation handling skills
- Ability to read and understand customer contracts and deliver them in collaboration with IFS Service Teams
- University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Extensive Service experience, working directly with customers.
- Experience in working with all levels of the Customer Organization
- Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written)
